For U.S. shipping addresses: If you refuse the shipment, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. For non-U.S. shipping addresses: By ordering from MyBarong, and designating an address outside of the U.S. as the shipping address, you agree to pay for any customs duty, tax, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with your order shipment charged by or on behalf of the destination country's customs department. You further authorize MyBarong to charge your credit card for any unpaid customs duty, tax, brokerage fees, or other fees in the event that the customs department or courier, acting on behalf of the customs department, is unable to secure your payment for the above duty, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with your order shipment. If you either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive.
